The Kemptville Community Concert Band (KCCB) is committed to protecting your privacy and security of the information you give us. KCCB does not rent, sell, loan or share any information with any third party. The details of KCCB’s privacy policy are described here in accordance with the Canadian Privacy Legislation (known as PIPEDA). KCCB collects and maintains information on families and individuals who:

• support the band financially with a donation or regular support;
• regularly attend KCCB practices and participate in it’s functions;
• and have joined KCCB as a member.

KCCB does not indiscriminately gather information. Any information gathered and maintained by KCCB is used exclusively for the support of the regular attendees and members of KCCB. Additionally, all the information gathered is voluntarily provided.

All information maintained by KCCB is stored electronically and is protected with standard electronic controls. Additionally, the system where this information is stored is not accessible or available to any non-authorized persons.

KCCB is always willing to work with anyone who may have concerns about the nature or use of personal information.
